This is for the ones who feel all.
The ones who have been called too much. And too sensitive. (And whatever else it is that apparently is ‘wrong’).
Firstly. Remember. It’s all lies, Darling.
The sweet truth is. You are so much more than enough.
Let this be the moment of your truth rising.
Let this be the time of healing your feel all heart.
You didn’t come here to be like everybody else.
You don’t need all to like you and you truly don’t need their approval of your ways (that’s really boring anyway).
You came here to be one of a kind. A sparkly heart full of feels. And love.
Be too kind. Too quirky. Too weird. Whatever your jam. Do that. It’s what makes you awesome.
You can be kind and loving and still have fierce boundaries.
Be soft and tender. But don’t let them tame you.
Instead of trying to fit into those tiny boxes of apparent normality, make a heartfelt stand for you.
Decide that you are no longer wiling to make yourself smaller to accommodate toxic manipulators (no matter blood).
Rather than pleasing others, you are on the epic mission of falling in love with your own aliveness.
And the fact that you have the gift of sensitivity.
Because. After all. Sensitivity is your superpower.
Instead of silencing your heart. You are celebrating the Art of Being Alive.
Instead of handing your power over to those who twist and turn your soul. You are becoming the CEO of your story.
Find your voice within the previously fearfully felt silence and let your heart roar in its wisdom.
Embrace your vulnerability with full knowledge of its heart opening force.
Leave fear and her allies guilt, blame and shame to the ones whose dark you’ve carried for so long (Those are not your people).
You are stardust come alive, so sparkle out loud.
Unsubscribe from daily drama and negativity and re-write your story your way.
Claim your birthright to be. All that you are and all that you are no longer.
Finally. Set yourself free from years of apologizing for feeling all.
Because. You are worthy of the brilliant love you give.
And you are so much more than enough.
Now. Let go of your old shit. And get your new sparkly shit done.
